In all likelihood, yes. Programs scale to your ability level, and you’ll progress safely and effectively.
That being said, it is our official position that, if you have any health issues, you should consult your primary healthcare provider about your ability to start a formal exercise program. We can also refer you to an excellent sports physical therapist to help you determine if an independent training program is the right call for you.
